Our veterinary consultation service provides a space for pet owners to discuss any concerns or questions related to the health and well-being of their pet. Our highly qualified team of veterinarians is available to conduct thorough assessments and offer recommendations based on your pet's specific situation. We are dedicated to delivering professional and compassionate service at all times.
Service Policy
We appreciate punctuality and ask owners to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. We value our clients' time and make an effort to minimize wait times. We also expect owners to show respect towards our staff and other clients during their visit. For services that require an extended commitment or extensive procedures, a system of split payments will be implemented. The owner must pay 50% of the total cost at the beginning of the service or procedure. The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the service or procedure before taking the pet back home.
