    • Through the website with 24 hours' notice or via WhatsApp with 3 hours' notice.

    • Is there a cancellation fee? No, there is no fee, as processes begin after your pet has been evaluated.

  4. What are the approximate costs of veterinary services, such as routine exams, vaccines, and surgical procedures?

    • Costs vary depending on the clinical case, ranging from 300 pesos to 5000 pesos. An evaluation is necessary.

  5. How can I obtain copies of my pet's medical records?

    • Request them through our website, providing name, pet's name, address, phone, and email. Records will be provided within 48 hours.

  6. Can I get medications directly at the clinic?

    • Yes, we aim to have a wide variety of medications. Some medications need to be purchased directly from the supplier.

  7. How can I prepare my pet for surgery or a procedure?

    • Follow provided instructions after the pet has been deemed fit for surgery.

    • The most important is that your pet must fast for more than 8 hours; otherwise, an extra charge of 100 pesos will apply.

  8. Do you offer home care services or house visits if necessary?

    • Currently, the only home service provided is for veterinary emergencies, and only if the situation requires it.
