Service Policy
Updated Information: It is the owner's responsibility to provide updated information about the health and needs of the pet. Emergency Contact: An emergency contact must be provided in case the owner cannot be reached. Additional Costs: Any additional costs related to medical care or special needs of the pet will be the owner's responsibility and will be agreed upon in advance. Delivery and Pick-up Times: Specific schedules will be established for the delivery and pick-up of pets. Owners must adhere to these schedules. Appropriate Behavior: Pets are expected to behave in a manner that is appropriate and respectful towards the staff and other pets in the facility. Personal Items: Owners may bring toys, blankets, or other personal items for their pet, as long as they are safe and do not pose a risk to other pets.
